Difficult-access roof inspection and repair by IRATA-certified rope access. We reach steep, high and confined London roofs safely to survey, repair and report — without scaffolding or costly temporary platforms.
Some roofs are simply hard to reach — steep pitches, high parapets, confined wells and areas with no safe standing access. Rope access lets us get to them directly to inspect condition and carry out repairs, without building scaffold or hiring platforms.
We survey the roof, identify defects such as damaged coverings, failed flashings, blocked outlets and ingress points, and carry out repairs where they fall within scope — then report clearly on condition.
This is well suited to inspection after storm damage, recurring leaks, or as part of a planned maintenance programme.
Who it's for

We access the roof on rope to inspect coverings, flashings, outlets and detailing, and identify defects and ingress points.
In-scope repairs are carried out on the same visit where possible, using methods suited to the roof type.
You receive a clear, photographed record of condition and the work carried out, to inform any further action.
Roof access is planned and rigged to IRATA standards, with anchors and fall protection checked before work begins — particularly important on steep and exposed roofs.
We plan exclusion zones and manage materials at height so work proceeds safely above occupied and public areas.
